Products & information
Read the product description, specifications and available options before ordering. Images show the listed product, although colours may appear differently on different screens. Compatibility, size, voltage and power requirements should be checked against your intended use.
If you find a missing or inconsistent detail, ask our team to clarify it before placing your order. Any product warranty applies only as described for that item or in its supplied warranty documents.
Orders & availability
Provide accurate contact and delivery details and select the correct delivery area. An order acknowledgement confirms that we received your request. We may contact you to confirm stock and delivery arrangements before dispatch.
If a product is unavailable, or we identify a price or listing error, we will contact you with the available options before proceeding. You can decline a proposed change; any payment already made for an unfulfilled order will be addressed with you.
Prices & payment
Prices are shown in Bangladeshi taka (BDT). The checkout displays the product subtotal and the applicable delivery charge. Cash on delivery is available when offered at checkout. Offers and prices may change for future orders.
Delivery & after-sales support
Our Shipping & Delivery page explains the courier, delivery areas and charges. Our Returns & Refunds page explains how to request assistance after delivery.
Delivery estimates depend on stock and courier operations. These store policies do not limit any rights that apply to you under applicable law.

Use the site for legitimate enquiries and shopping. Do not submit false orders, interfere with the website or attempt to access another person’s account. Product images and written content may not be republished without permission from the relevant rights holder.
