Where we deliver
We arrange delivery in Bangladesh through Steadfast Courier, subject to the courier’s service coverage. Enter your house, road, area and district clearly, along with a reachable phone number.
Delivery charges
Select the delivery option that matches your address at checkout. The base charge is ৳80 inside Dhaka or ৳150 outside Dhaka.

For a cart containing different shipping classes, the highest applicable class surcharge is added once per order. The shipping class is assigned to the product by our team; the checkout total shows the resulting charge.
Order confirmation & dispatch
We may contact you to confirm the address, product availability and delivery details before dispatch. Please choose the correct delivery area; any mismatch will be discussed with you before sending the order.
Dispatch and delivery estimates depend on availability, destination and courier operations. Ask our team for the current estimate for your order. Holidays, weather and courier delays may affect delivery.
Payment & tracking
Cash on delivery is available at checkout. Pay the confirmed order total when the courier delivers your parcel. Once dispatched, contact us with your order number if you need help with its delivery status.
Receiving your parcel
Check the parcel and keep its packaging, accessories and order details until you have checked the product. If anything needs our attention, contact us promptly so we can arrange the next step.
