Information we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect the details you provide, including your name, phone number, delivery address, order details and messages. An email address may be collected if you contact us by email or provide one through an account feature.

The website also receives technical information such as your IP address, browser, device details and pages or actions associated with your visit.

How we use information

We use this information to process and deliver orders, communicate with you, provide customer support, maintain account and cart functions, protect the website and understand how people use our store.

Service providers

Order details needed for delivery are shared with Steadfast Courier. Hosting, website and payment-service providers may process information needed to operate their services. We share information with other parties where required to fulfil an order, protect the service or respond to a lawful request.

Cookies & advertising

WooCommerce uses cookies and session information for functions such as your shopping cart and checkout. Your browser can restrict or delete cookies, though this may affect shopping features.

We use Meta Pixel and Conversions API through PixelYourSite to measure visits, product views, cart actions, checkout and purchases, and to support advertising measurement. Events are sent to Meta from the browser and/or server. Depending on the event and configuration, they may include product IDs, order value, currency, page URL, technical identifiers and hashed customer identifiers used to match an event.

Hashing does not make identifiers anonymous. Meta processes received data under its own policies. You can review Meta’s Privacy Policy and manage advertising preferences through your Meta account. Browser cookie controls may not stop server-side event delivery.

Retention & protection

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to fulfil orders, support customers, maintain required business records and address disputes. We use appropriate measures to protect information, but no website or transmission method can guarantee complete security.

Your requests

Contact admin@asthabazar.shop to request access to, correction of or deletion of information associated with you, or to raise a concern about its use. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.

Links to Facebook, WhatsApp, maps and other websites lead to services operated by third parties. Their privacy policies apply when you use them. We may update this policy when our practices change; the revision date appears above.
