How do I place an order?
Open a product, choose any available options, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your full name, phone number and complete delivery address, then select the correct delivery area.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is offered at checkout. Pay the confirmed order total when your parcel is delivered.
What does delivery cost?
The standard delivery charge is ৳80 inside Dhaka or ৳150 outside Dhaka. Products assigned a 2 KG or 3 KG shipping class have an additional charge. See the delivery charge table.
Which courier do you use?
We dispatch orders through Steadfast Courier. Delivery depends on stock, destination and courier coverage. Contact us for the current estimate for your order.
How do I check product compatibility?
Check the product specifications against the device or space you intend to use it with. For electrical products, compare voltage, current and connector requirements. Ask our team if anything is unclear.
Where do I choose a product colour?
If a product offers colour options, select one on its product page before adding it to your cart. Available colours depend on the individual product and stock.
What if I need help with a delivered item?
Keep your order details and packaging and contact us promptly. For a confirmed damaged or wrong item, we will arrange an exchange or an appropriate resolution. Read the returns guide.
Can I change my order or address?
Call us as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether the order has been dispatched and explain the available options.
